Your Earnings Potential
Enjoy a competitive base salary of £40,178, with the opportunity to boost your earnings to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime. Plus, with our guaranteed overtime option, you can increase your base salary to £44,385!
Work Schedule
We value your time! Work a 40-hour week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays. Say goodbye to unpredictable shifts and emergency callouts!

Your Daily Responsibilities
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule. Each job is pre-booked, and you’ll be expected to:
- Perform routine servicing
- Conduct diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- Carry out in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Provide member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
- Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
