Are you ready to make a splash this year? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school holiday periods! Whether you already hold a lifeguard qualification or are eager to earn your NPLQ certification, we’ve got you covered. If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we’ll provide all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career!

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on the thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Compensation

Earn £12.71 per hour!

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
• Engage with guests of all ages, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and support poolside activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain a vigilant watch over the pool area, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be a vital part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
