Are you ready to make a splash this year? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during our school holiday periods. Whether you already hold a lifeguard qualification or are eager to earn your NPLQ certification, we’ve got you covered! If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we’ll provide all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
• Engage with guests of all ages, providing excellent customer service.
• Lead and support poolside activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain a vigilant watch over the pool area, demonstrating attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests.
• Strong swimmers with a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be an important part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
