Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!

Are you ready to make a splash this year? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school holiday periods. Whether you already hold a lifeguard qualification or are eager to start your journey, we’ve got you covered! If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ certification.

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Compensation

£12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety.
• Engage with guests of all ages, providing excellent customer service.
• Lead and support poolside activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be an important part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
