Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

• Coaching and supporting your team to meet key targets.
• Ensuring compliance and high standards across all departments.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Leading the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Driving add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Managing stock levels and ensuring availability for guests.

Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

• Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Creating a Warm Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
• Coaching & Developing the Team: Provide on-the-job training and support to build team confidence.
• Driving Sales: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach your team.
• Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexible support across departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in managing fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards.
