What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your earnings with guaranteed overtime options and additional bonus opportunities.
- Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Your Role in the SMR Division
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll be part of a fast-growing team, covering areas like Luton, Dunstable, and St Albans. Forget emergency callouts and unpredictable shifts; you’ll work through a scheduled list of jobs, equipped with everything you need to deliver quality service.

What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
