Business Development Manager - Remote Site
Salary up to £85,000+ Comm and package
Main responsibilities:
  • To develop and grow the Manned and multi-site business with the Remote site team by creating a strong pipeline and leading to the securing of high quality new business
  • Develop an annual pipeline of £15m
  • To raise the profile and brand awareness
  • Develop key client relationships and build on existing relationships to create maintenance opportunities
  • Provide and maintain an analysis of the potential opportunities
  • To provide the company with tenders and opportunities for term M&E building services maintenance contracts
  • To provide input during tender process, including site visits and influencing where appropriate the solution
  • To present, negotiate and win contract orders for the above, alongside the Business Development Director and operational teams
  • Maintain a clear understanding of competitor activity and capabilities within the region
  • Maintain a dialogue with Integral's national sales team contributing to key national opportunities as appropriate.
Job Tasks:
  • Develop a strong pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team and Regional Director
  • Attend regular pipeline reviews
  • Assist in the production of tender return documents where appropriate
  • Play the lead role in post tender presentations with the Operations Team
  • Submit monthly timely and accurate sales reports
  • Adhere to all company standard operating procedures
  • Sound technical knowledge to be able to communicate proficiently on the subject of M & E
    • Evidence of 'contract wins' and achieving targets
