Contract Manager - Hard Services
To manage and develop the delivery of a diverse range of Total Facilities Management services to meet operational and business requirements, ensuring contractual service level agreements and KPI's are met while operating to the needs to the business.
The role:
To manage resources to meet daily delivery schedules and business requirements for these services within the prescribed budget
To liaise with clients offering advice and knowledge regarding service issues
To develop and maintain an effective working relationship so that Client needs are understood and the company reputation enhanced
Manage a team of onsite engineers
To lead and develop skilled teams to meet operational and business needs in a customer focused manner
To support the team in continually reviewing operational procedures to maximise customer satisfaction
Develop & support positive team ethos within FM working group
To ensure that plans/rotas are in place to maintain a working 24/7 response via a call out process
To manage staff induction, training, and performance reviews of direct reports
To collate, analyse and review information. i.e. budgets, hours, forecasts to monitor and report on performance. Management of meetings as required
To undertake regular monitoring of these service areas to ensure high standards
The ideal candidate:
You MUST be from an engineering background
Good communication skills and the ability to handle issues of high sensitivity
2-3 years' experience working at a Middle Management level
TFM Management experience
A minimum of 3 years' broad management experience within a customer focussed multi-functional service delivery environment, including CAFM systems operation
