Customer Experience Manager - National Restaurant Chain for Healthy Fast Food Concept Location
London - Monday to Friday! Up to £30,000 depending on background and experience
The Company:
My client who operates fresh and healthy units are seeking a dedicated, warm and friendly customer focussed manager who has experience within a training position, excellent visual merchandising skills- great eye for detail and branded structure.
The Role:
  • Ensuring high level of service in all sites to all customers and ways of improving service
  • Complaint reduction
  • Work across other departments and managers to ensure processes are always being challenged and added to
  • Provide support on operation
  • Audits and stock control
  • Implement, manage and continuously improve operations and ensure that regular visits are scheduled
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Ensuing that the brand is accurately and consistently portrayed in the market place
  • Working as part of a highly professional team in a supportive environment and ensuring all staff members are trained in line with the company's manuals and training schemes
  • Assist and troubleshooting on new openings and problems locations ensuring that each unit is legally compliant.
Flexible for sector but must be a vibrant team player
The Person:
  • Must have 2 years experience in a similar customer care manager role and front of house training
  • Be able to do the processes of the role in a freedom within a framework way
  • A love of people and strong customer service is key
