A leading Systems Integrator and well known within the industry, my client specialises in providing high-quality technical solutions to Blue Chip and FTSE100 clients across the Manufacturing industry.
Specialising in the delivery of solutions and services including Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations Management, Turnkey Automation and Training & Support.

Our client is widely recognised as a great place to work, prioritising the development and growth of their staff, which has in turn contributed to their strong reputation across the manufacturing industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director and working with some of the largest brands in the F&B industry you will be based onsite with your clients, working with them to dramatically improve their manufacturing processes. Your other responsibilities will include:

  • increasing indirect sales and profitability through consultative sales,
  • improving market share within your client base by identifying specific needs within each client
  • developing relationships with key decision makers and delivering compelling value propositions to your clients

You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to your client base, working with them to deliver industry-leading solutions to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the manufacturing process.

As the right candidate, you will have a number of years’ experience within both manufacturing and the F&B industry. Whilst previous account management /sales experience is not necessary you must be a natural people person, take great pride in providing solutions to complex problems, and know how to quickly translate ideas into action.
