POSITION SUMMARY:

Serve as a Customer Experience Analyst on the Retail Solutions Global Customer Experience Team. The primary responsibilities include managing some of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, providing value-based services to our customers, assisting in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, contributing to internal cross-functional projects, and performing all other customer experience analyst related functions.

This opportunity is located in our Brentford, London, UK office. Applicants must hold current working UK/EU status.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery of written and verbal communications while upholding RSi’s Service Standards and Philosophy both internally and with customers.
  • Assist customers with integrating Excel reports into RSi products.
  • Research and diagnose incoming customer inquiries regarding data in a timely manner.
  • Provide functional support of inquiries related to RSI products.
  • Review and develop process documentation that can be leveraged by members of the Customer Experience Center.
  • Set up standard reports for new weekly/monthly reporting customers.
  • Assist customer with managing user profiles, including additions, modifications and removals.
  • Project Management: serve as a stakeholder for new product enhancements and projects that influence customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and/or focus on career development.
  • Assist with service delivery where product gaps may exist.
  • Assist in new Customer Experience Center employee training.
  • Provide low touch account management to small/mid-size customers without a consultant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities in a customer facing role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Maintain strong organizational skills demonstrating resourcefulness in setting priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software
  • Retailer or CPG experience is a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
