The Role

As a Game Master you will be responsible for welcomingand engaging with customers, and providing pre-game information about theirgaming experience. Part of your daily routine will involve providing anexcellent customer experience, by managing game flow, conducting debriefsessions, and taking team photos, whilst being responsible for customer safety.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that consistent uniformstandards are maintained and training new members of the team.

You will need to be passionate, with positiveenergy and have strong attention to detail, you will also need to be confidentand comfortable when dealing with large groups of customers.

The Role

• Previous customer service experience
• Skilled in public speaking, with the ability to engageand captivate groups effectively.
• Proven ability to think on your feet and addresschallenges proactively.
• Flexible availability to meet operational needs.
