Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 45 hours per week. Working hours to vary to suit business needs.

• Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and all employee training is kept up to date.
• Carrying out investigations and disciplinary hearings including completion of relevant documents.
• Maintaining and updating fleet documentation including but not limited to vehicle check sheets, vehicle condition, training records, driver licences, risk assessments, health and safety, purchase order numbers.
• Administrative duties surrounding fleet compliance and team members including the implementation and monitoring of KPI's.
• Ensure that regulations relating to vehicles within the scope of the goods vehicles licensing of operator's act are adhered to.

• Must be a current and valid Transport Manager CPC holder
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with a broad spectrum of contacts both internally and externally
• Experience with IT Systems such as, Microsoft Office, SAP, Microlise.
• Clean Category C Licence is desirable
• Keen attention to detail
• Works well both individually and as part of a larger team
• Collaborative and flexible mindset, willing to help team members when needed.
• Someone that has good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise the work of self and others.
