We want to make sure our residents are at the heart of shaping our housing management services, providing them with the tools and resources to make their engagement with us meaningful.
We are looking for an experienced and confident resident engagement professional, who is highly creative and motivated individual, committed to developing and delivering innovative and impactful engagement programmes to meet the needs of our diverse communities. Experience of working in a diverse inner-city area and a good understanding of the social housing regulations is important.
Some key areas of responsibility will include:
- Work with internal and external partners to deliver the Tenant & Leaseholder Engagement Strategy, placing residents voice at the heart of our Housing Management services.
- To manage and oversee our resident engagement structures, ensuring best practice and compliance with the Consumer Standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
- To champion resident engagement and resident feedback in all aspects of service development and delivery across Housing Management division, to ensure residents views are placed at the forefront of decision making.
- To monitor, evaluate and report on the outcomes and effectiveness of engagement activities internally and externally and use learning to drive further improvements.
