Brasserie & Conservatory Bartender

Full-Time Position (40 hours) - £25,792.00 per annum plus service charge

Shifts are based around the Brasserie's hours (6:00 AM - 10:30 PM).

We're currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join our dedicated Brasserie & Conservatory Bar team.

Your role in our family:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages.
• Uphold Sopwell House's standards of luxury and hospitality.
• Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
• Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting
• Strong barista and bartending skills - essential for this role
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confident, professional, and personable with great communication skills
