Experience and Qualifications
Experience in a caretaker, facilities, or estates role
Knowledge of site security, opening and closing procedures
Ability to complete minor repairs, maintenance, and grounds work
Understanding of health & safety and compliance checks
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Right to work in the UK
