Monarch Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in North Birmingham, currently seeking a full-time English Teacher to join their team immediately. This long-term role will run through to the end of the academic year.

The school is looking to appoint a passionate and skilled Teacher of English to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.

Key Requirements:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ability to teach English up to GCSE level
• Proven track record of delivering strong pupil outcomes
• Creativity and innovation in lesson planning to engage and inspire learners

The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators. While QTS is preferred, the school will also consider applications from unqualified teachers with relevant classroom experience in English.
