Your Role as a Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Are You Our Perfect Room Leader?

- A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education?
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner?
