Your Rewarding Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Choose to work extra days at £30 per hour after your first month, giving you the flexibility to boost your earnings.
- Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
What to Expect
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to:
- Perform routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
- Carry out in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
- Provide valuable advice and recommendations to our members.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards.
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
