As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,378 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) and potential on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your earnings with guaranteed overtime options and additional bonus opportunities.
- Structured Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

From day one, you’ll be equipped with everything you need: a fully stocked RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will shine as you help our members get back on the road safely and confidently.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
