- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
- On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn up to £57,000 with guaranteed overtime options.
- Flexible Hours: Work a 40-hour week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and all necessary tools at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality work and keep our members moving safely and confidently.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
