In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll explore different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And if you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH Personal License—we’d love to hear from you!

About You

We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your attitude and passion for making a difference for our guests.

If you’re a team player bursting with energy and enthusiasm, this role could be your perfect match! Enjoy working with others? Ready to roll up your sleeves and have some fun? Then we might just have your next job waiting for you!

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to confidently navigate your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and a buddy system to help you learn the ropes.

Every day will bring new experiences as you engage with diverse team members and guests. You’ll be chatting with guests and honing your hospitality skills in a supportive environment.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or over to apply. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating!
