About the Role

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll explore different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And who knows? You might even find yourself working in more than one area at a time!

If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

About You

We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Previous experience isn’t a must; what matters most is your attitude, mindset, and a genuine passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences.

No experience? No problem! We’re committed to providing you with all the training you need to build your confidence in every aspect of your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and be paired with a buddy during your learning journey to help you navigate your new responsibilities.

Every day will bring something new, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. You’ll engage with guests and be part of a team dedicated to honing their hospitality skills.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or older to apply. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area!
