As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are met and that our guests leave with unforgettable memories!

Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing key tasks and objectives.
• Coach and Develop: Support your team in achieving targets, such as upselling and promotions, while fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee audits in accommodation and other departments, ensuring we meet all standards and guidelines.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and take action to ensure a consistently high-quality experience.
• Communicate Effectively: Be the champion of communication, ensuring that key messages flow smoothly from management to your team.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

• Food Safety: Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Guest Engagement: Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that reflects the Butlin’s brand.
• Team Development: Provide on-the-job coaching to help your team excel in their roles.
• Sales Performance: Drive revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Guest-Facing Experience: A background in customer service, handling queries and complaints with professionalism.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus role primarily covers accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday), with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in ensuring we meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards.
