As the main point of contact for our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Your Mission
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Be the hands-on operational driver of success, ensuring daily plans are executed flawlessly.
- Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet key targets.
- Primarily oversee accommodation on our busy intake days (Monday and Friday) while flexibly supporting other departments throughout the week.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team is effectively working on all key tasks and objectives.
- Conduct CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
- Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a consistent delivery of quality guest experiences in line with brand guidelines.
- Champion communication within your area, ensuring key messages are delivered effectively.
- Support the department’s people tasks, from onboarding to performance management.
Beyond Accommodation
In addition to your accommodation duties, you will also:
- Champion Food Safety: Lead by example in applying food safety and hygiene standards.
- Deliver a Warm Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Coach & Develop the Team: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance service flow and guest interaction.
- Drive Upselling: Encourage the team to recommend starters, desserts, and add-ons.
- Increase Wet Sales: Ensure quick drink orders and support during peak times.
- Celebrate Success: Recognize and share great performances to build team morale.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
- Strong attention to detail for audit and observation activities.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
- A proven track record of driving sales and promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
