Join Our Team as a Supervisor Plus at Butlin's!

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that puts you at the heart of our operations? The Supervisor Plus position is a brand-new opportunity at Butlin's, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a fantastic team!

Your Role

As the main point of contact for your team, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that our high standards are met and compliance is maintained across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, with the team in the right place at the right time.
  • Primarily cover accommodation on intake days (Monday and Friday) while flexibly supporting other departments throughout the week.
  • Coach and support your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive key targets like add-on sales and promotions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the hands-on leader, ensuring effective teamwork on all key tasks and objectives.
  • Conduct CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as required.
  • Drive add-on sales and ensure stock availability for guests.
  • Monitor guest experiences and capture feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Champion Butlin’s values and maintain strong communication across the resort.
  • Support the department’s people tasks, from onboarding to performance management.

Focus Areas

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Buffets

  • Lead by example in food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
  • Coach and develop your team for success.

Bars & Shops

  • Support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive sales and reduce queues through dynamic deployment.
  • Maintain strong stock practices and ensure brand standards are met.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Champion food safety and hygiene.
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming dining experience.
  • Coach the team on upselling and effective checkbacks.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
