As the main point of contact for our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day. Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Lead daily operational plans, ensuring tasks and objectives are met by your team.
• Primarily oversee accommodation on intake days (Monday and Friday) while flexibly supporting other departments throughout the week.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with our high standards across various departments.
• Be the champion of communication, ensuring that key messages flow smoothly from management to your team.
• Build strong relationships across the resort and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

• Food Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring all team members follow procedures.
• Guest Experience: Create a warm, welcoming environment where families feel comfortable and well looked after.
• Team Development: Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance team confidence and capability.
• Sales Performance: Drive revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety legislation and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
• A proven track record in driving sales and generating new opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility, as you will be working primarily on Mondays and Fridays in accommodation, with additional support across departments as needed. Your hands-on approach will be essential in managing fluctuating guest demands while maintaining our high operational standards.
