Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus role is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring high standards and compliance across our departments. Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that tasks and objectives are met while adapting to fluctuating guest demands. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining our high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team effectively, ensuring all key tasks and objectives are met.
  • Coach team members to achieve departmental targets, such as retail upselling.
  • Conduct CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
  • Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure all stock and propositions are readily available for guests.
  • Monitor and maintain a consistent quality guest experience in line with brand guidelines.
  • Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
  • Support the department's people tasks, from onboarding to performance management.
  • Be the operational delivery champion, turning audits and observations into actionable improvements.

Role Details

The Supervisor Plus will primarily focus on accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also flexibly support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will ensure that our guests receive an amazing experience every day!

Key Focus Areas

1. Food Safety Champion

  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Ensure all team members follow correct procedures, including temperature checks and allergen management.
  • Promote a culture where food safety is everyone's responsibility.

2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience

  • Ensure guests are greeted with a friendly, attentive welcome that reflects the Butlin’s brand.
  • Resolve guest queries promptly with empathy and professionalism.

3. Coaching & Developing the Team

  • Provide on-shift coaching to help team members build confidence and capability.
  • Encourage a positive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

About You

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in audit and observation activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
  • Proven track record in generating new opportunities through sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
