Are you ready to take on an exciting new role at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus position is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your team to fulfill daily operational plans and objectives.
• Coaching team members to achieve key targets, such as upselling and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain high standards across various departments.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Champion communication, ensuring that vital information flows smoothly from management to your team.
• Support the onboarding and development of team members throughout their employment journey.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that all stock and propositions are readily available for guests.

Role Details

Your role will primarily focus on accommodation during our busy intake days on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high standards and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to accommodation, you will also support:

Buffets

• Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Monitor guest flow and reduce queues for a seamless experience.
• Maintain strong stock practices and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming dining experience.
• Coach the team on upselling and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Splash Pool

• Supervise daily pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly environment for guests and support pool activities.

Sports & Activities

• Plan and deliver engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
• Supervise team members and ensure a vibrant atmosphere.
