As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for:

• Executing daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Drive operational success by ensuring your team is effectively executing their tasks.
• Champion food safety and hygiene standards across all venues.
• Deliver a warm and welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Coach your team to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Support various departments, including Buffets, Bars & Shops, Restaurants, Splash, and Sports & Activities.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and developing your team.
• A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to audits and compliance.
• Strong experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
• Experience in managing multi-skilled teams and adapting to changing demands.

Working Conditions

This role primarily focuses on accommodation during our intake days on Monday and Friday, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key to ensuring our guests receive an amazing experience, no matter the day!
