Your Role
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be filled with variety! You’ll kick off your Mondays and Fridays by cleaning our guest accommodations, and then dive into different departments for the rest of the week. Your adventures could take you through:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
Flexibility is key, and you may find yourself working in more than one area at a time!
About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement! What matters most is your attitude, mindset, and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
If you’re a team player brimming with energy and enthusiasm, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re excited to welcome individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves, dive in, and have some fun.
Training and Support
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from:
- A detailed 90-day induction plan
- Buddy support during your learning phase
Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to connect with guests and fellow team members, enhancing your hospitality skills along the way.
Working Conditions
This role typically covers 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
