Opened in November 2022, we are expanding to accommodate a growing number of pupils in our Lower School (ages 7-13). With class sizes capped at 6 students, each classroom is supported by a qualified teacher and up to 2 teaching assistants.
We specialize in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as various diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Secondary Science GCSE Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Collaborate with the class team to facilitate learning and promote positive behaviors.
- Monitor student progress and work with staff to meet individual needs.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities and trips.
- Build positive relationships to support learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree-level education.
- Experience teaching GCSE Science at the secondary level.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
- Strong behavior management skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
