About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our core values, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who embody this spirit! Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll dive into different areas such as:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
Flexibility is key, and you may find yourself working in more than one area throughout the week. If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal License

We’re seeking high-spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new things and collaborating with a like-minded team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference in our guests' lives.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide you with all the training you need to confidently navigate your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through the ins and outs of your responsibilities.
Expect variety in your day-to-day tasks as you interact with different team members and guests. You’ll be part of a vibrant team eager to enhance their hospitality skills. If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas.
Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over for this role. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
