We offer a competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000. Plus, enjoy:

  • Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt to work extra rest days at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could earn you £3,000 more per year!
  • Tools for Success: You’ll receive your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
