About the Role

This dynamic role allows you to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay at Butlin’s. Here’s what you can expect:

• Engage in Core Leisure Activities: Start with fun activities like archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.
• Progress to Larger Activities: As you grow in your role, you’ll dive into exciting sports-based activities, including football academy sessions and high ropes.
• Support Accommodation: Help prepare and clean rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays).
• Varied Experience: No two days are the same! Gain hands-on experience in guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is key, including evenings and weekends.

About You

While a sports coaching background is beneficial, what truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm!
