- Unqualified: £33,349.58 (including sleep-in shifts)
- Qualified (Level 3/4): Up to £35,935.36 (including sleep-in shifts)

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Southampton. Here, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care packages that cater to the unique needs of each child and young adult. Your Role: Main Duties and Requirements
- Experience working with children and young people, with a solid understanding of the challenges they face.
- Ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 7 × 24-hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day) with sleep-ins, and enjoy 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.
- Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young individuals.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, accepting direction and guidance.
- Encourage the development of individual interests and talents of our young people.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Possess a full UK driving license and car for travel purposes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow.
- Be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which we will cover.
- Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus!
