Sports Coach - Team Member Plus

About the Role

This dynamic role offers you the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

Initially, you’ll engage in our core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and more!

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, giving you hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams, and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Working Conditions

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re seeking energetic, positive individuals who are ready to engage with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll thrive on getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences. While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.

You’ll be a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your role, and is excited about growth opportunities—starting with smaller activities and progressing into larger sports and adventure-based roles.
