Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

• Coaching and supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Driving key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain compliance and high standards.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, your responsibilities will include:

• Being hands-on in operational tasks across various departments.
• Ensuring team members are coached effectively to meet departmental targets.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Championing Butlin’s values and leadership behaviors.
• Managing people support tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

Focus Areas

Your role will also involve supporting our Buffets, Bars & Shops, Restaurants, Splash pool, and Sports & Activities. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll focus on:

Buffets

• Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.

Bars & Shops

• Coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales and reduce queues for a seamless service.
• Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming dining experience.
• Encourage upselling of starters and desserts.

Splash

• Supervise day-to-day pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly environment for guests.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Ensure all sessions are safe and enjoyable for guests.
