About the Role

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week, you’ll explore different areas such as:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your attitude and passion for making a difference for our guests!

We provide comprehensive training, including a detailed 90-day induction plan and a buddy system to help you navigate your new role confidently. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of interacting with different team members and guests.
If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be 18 or older to apply. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating!
