About the Role

Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests!

This dynamic role offers you the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest enjoys a fantastic stay at Butlin’s. Here’s what you can expect:

Your Responsibilities

• Engage in core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction.
• Progress to larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes.
• Support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays).
• Deliver and support activities within the sports and leisure department throughout the week.

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in guest-facing areas, collaborate with different teams, and meet a diverse range of guests.

About You

We’re searching for energetic, positive individuals who love interacting with guests and bringing activities to life. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
• A ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as our resorts operate seven days a week.

While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not essential. What truly matters is your eagerness to develop and grow, starting with smaller activities and advancing to larger sports and adventure roles.
