Make a Real Difference Every Day

At SDR Care, we are supporting a young individual to build independence, confidence, and a positive daily routine in a brand-new home.

This is a highly person-centred role where consistency, calm support, and positive relationships are key to success.

You will be part of a small, dedicated team helping an individual with autism, a learning disability, ADHD, and complex emotional needs to enjoy a meaningful, structured, and fulfilling life.

If you are calm under pressure, patient, and passionate about helping people thrive - this could be a truly rewarding role for you.

What the Role Involves

Every day is shaped around the individual's needs, interests, and goals. You will support with:
  • Fun and engaging community activities
  • Cinema trips and sensory-friendly experiences
  • Beach walks, forest walks, climbing, and outdoor play
  • Creative activities such as building and structured play projects
  • Theme parks, social outings, and day trips
  • Safe and supported travel and community access
  • Developing routines, life skills, and independence

This is a hands-on, active support role where no two days are the same.
