Do you have Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent?
In this catering post, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service.
Supervising staff working in the kitchen.
You must be aware of HACCP Procedures and ensure all Paperwork is completed and submitted according.
Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.
Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround.
We have a permanent vacancy to join our team at Touch Primary School:
Working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a 38-week term-time contract.
You will earn a competitive salary of 26,786.83 to 29,170.80 pro-rata and annualised payments with access to a range of benefits, including:
14.27 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Pay is annualisedfor Term Time contracts (equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

Training on In House systems will be provided. Working towards an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate will be essential once in post.
