Your Role as a Referrals Officer
As a Referrals Officer, you will:
- Manage referrals from local authorities
- Match placements according to children's needs
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential!
