What You’ll Do:

• Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, foster families, and social workers.
• Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and face-to-face.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek someone who is:

• Friendly with a big personality.
• Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.
