Your Role

As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will lead a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your mission will be to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to the diverse needs of your students.

In this role, you will:

  • Inspire and motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to uphold high educational standards.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and staff.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance pupil engagement and learning.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures, reflecting our core values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in SEN teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil.

All successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
