- Unqualified: £33,349.58 (includes sleep-in shifts)
- Qualified (Level 3/4): Up to £35,935.36 (includes sleep-in shifts)

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Southampton. Here, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care packages tailored to the unique needs of each child and young adult. Main Duties and Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people, with an understanding of the challenges they face in care.
- Ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 7 × 24-hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day) with sleep-ins, and 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.
- Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, accepting direction and guidance.
- Encourage the development of individual interests among our young people.
- Hold a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma, Children and Young People's Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards a Level 4 diploma.
- Possess a full UK driving license and a car for travel purposes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
- Be eager to learn and grow.
- Work well within a small team environment.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
- Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is a plus.
