Your Role

As a Team Member Plus, you’ll enjoy a diverse work experience across various departments at our resort. Your week will include:

• Cleaning Guest Accommodation: Mondays and Fridays will be dedicated to ensuring our guests have a clean and welcoming space.
• Cross-Departmental Support: The rest of the week, you’ll have the opportunity to work in areas such as:
• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets
• Variety: You may find yourself working in multiple areas, keeping your days exciting and fresh!

About You

We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and grow with a team of like-minded individuals. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Qualifications: If you have any of the following, we’d love to hear from you:
  • FA Level 1 Football
  • Archery GB ERCA
  • High Ropes
  • NCPLH Personal License
• No Experience Needed: We value your attitude and passion over prior experience. We’ll provide all the training you need!
• Team Player: If you’re energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this role is perfect for you!
