Your Role

In this exciting position, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin's.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing accommodation for arriving guests on Mondays and Fridays.
• Engaging with our sports department for three days a week, participating in activities like football, archery, high ropes, and more!

While previous experience in sports coaching is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, positive mindset, and passion for enhancing our guests' experiences.

Working Conditions

Our resorts are open throughout the week and on weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
