Your Role
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Be the main point of contact for your team, guiding them through their daily tasks.
- Ensure operational plans are executed flawlessly, adapting to guest demand while maintaining top-notch standards.
- Primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve key targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational tasks and objectives, ensuring your team is effective and engaged.
- Conduct CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
- Drive add-on sales and promotions, ensuring stock is always available for guests.
- Monitor guest experiences and feedback, taking action to enhance satisfaction.
- Foster strong communication within your area, ensuring messages from management are clearly conveyed.
- Support team development throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.
Beyond Accommodation
In addition to your accommodation duties, you will also:
- Champion Food Safety: Lead by example in maintaining hygiene standards and compliance.
- Deliver a Warm Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Coach Your Team: Provide on-the-job training to enhance guest interactions and service flow.
- Drive Upselling: Encourage your team to recommend starters, desserts, and drinks to boost sales.
- Celebrate Success: Recognize and share team achievements to foster a positive culture.
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
- Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
- A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
