As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
- Coach and Develop: Support your team in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving key targets like add-on sales and promotions.
- Conduct Audits: Take responsibility for CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
- Monitor Guest Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of quality service and capture guest feedback to enhance their experience.
- Communicate Effectively: Be the champion of communication in your area, ensuring that key messages from management are relayed to your team.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
Key Focus Areas
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support various departments, including:
Buffets
- Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Warm Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed and well looked after.
- Team Development: Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Bars & Shops
- Drive Sales: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
- Reduce Queues: Monitor guest flow and adjust team roles to ensure swift service.
Restaurants & QSRs
- Upselling: Encourage team members to recommend starters and desserts.
- Checkbacks: Ensure timely follow-ups with guests to confirm satisfaction.
Splash Pool
- Pool Operations: Supervise daily operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Guest Experience: Create a friendly atmosphere and address guest queries.
Sports & Activities
- Activity Delivery: Lead engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally.
